ZBC = zhuo bo club.

amanda and kai wei offered me membership hahaha.. well i can only join ZBC part-time cause of army commitments hahaha..

but i was thinking , everytime zhuo bo is not too good! my fats will just pile up and i'll become a big fat slob.

punishing regime ! gonna jog, swim, tennis,soccer. as much as i possibly can. my new year resolution! i can't neglect it..

either way... ZBC or punishing regime, both has its good points.
