discipline

went to jog with papa last night
jogged 8 rounds @ serangoon stadium in 23mins. then sprinted 1 round in1min36s !

today jogged 2 rounds around serangoon. 37mins++
slightly slower cause i din't want to overstretch my muscles.

it's funny how i'm in army and i am fatter. not like DAMN fat la. but still.
since i had a proper weighing machine, i keep on weighing myself. and i'm sure i put on some weight. hahaha maybe a bit paranoid la.

good reason to exercise. lol

the story is. all my life i din't really care about my weight i know i had a bit of tummy. and i'm a bit heavy but somehow i regularly exercise(enjoyably) and my weight was quite constant. i ate as much as i want, din't care about anything at all. even before army till the intensive training at sispec, my weight was around the same leh ??!! though i was fitter for a certain period. wth la. than after out of course i became heavier. zz

the sucky thing is that i don't really think i will be able to go back to my previous weight (59.5kg, ideal !) not so easy.

i don't really like jogging to be honest. it's quite tiring and boring. you got to psyche yourself constantly. huff and puff. but it's a really good form of exercising. super convenient. just wear your shoes, carry a towel and your ready ! jogging alone is also great. you jog at your own pace. nobody pushing you and stressing you out. you do it your way, cause only you yourself would know your body best.

funny that i prefer jogging to studying/reading books.

hope i can keep this up and exercisee almost everyday ! tennis/soccer/jogging or swim ??

come on, COME ON!
